GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q: When will set times be posted?
A: Set times will be posted on this web site, on Lights All Night social media sites on the days leading up to the festival (LINE UP SUBJECT TO CHANGE).
Q: Where can I find the set times?
A: Set times can be found on the festival home page about 1 week prior to the event.
Q: Once I’m in can I leave and come back into Lights All Night?
A: Once you leave the convention Center, there is no re-entry unless you purchase a new ticket (if available).
Q: I'm a photographer. Who do I arrange a photo pass through?
A: Please use the press email address on the Contact page for inquiries.
Q: Can I volunteer at the event?
A: Find info on the Contact page.
Q: Will there be parking?
A: There will be plenty of parking sounding the Convention Center, but you car cannot be left in the parking lots overnight. If your car is left in the lot it will be towed. You cannot sleep in your car either.
TICKET QUESTIONS
Q: Will tickets sell out?
A: There is a large chance they will sell out. The only way to ensure admission is to buy your ticket today!
Q: Will tickets be sold at the event?
A: If it does not sell out there will be tickets available for an increased rate at the door. Always beware of scalpers both at the venue and online.
Q: Will the general admission tickets be a wristband, a lanyard or tickets?
A: The GA and VIP patrons will be given a wristband for the duration of the event.
Q: Are ticket prices going increase, as the event gets closer?
A: Yes, they will. Buy now for the lowest possible price.
Q: I ordered my tickets and haven’t received in the mail yet.

AGE/ID QUESTIONS
Q: What kind of ID do I need to enter the festival?
A: Acceptable Forms of Identification for Entry
- Any U.S. government issued driver’s license or identification card provided that it contains a photograph and date of birth.
- A U.S. or foreign government issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth.
Unacceptable Forms of Identification for Entry
- School identification.
- Consular identification.
- Licenses issued in countries other than the U.S.
- Expired identification of any kind.
Q: Is there anyway I can attend the event if I am under the age of 18?
A: No, even with a chaperone you will not be admitted if you are under the age of 18. ID required!
Q:I lost my ID/ My ID was stolen. What do I do?
A: Bring an alternate form of ID or documentation from the DMV that new Identification has been applied for.
Q: Can I use a foreign drivers license?
A: The only foreign form of Identification that will be accepted is a Passport.
Q: What are acceptable forms of ID to purchase alcohol?
A: All of the same rules apply to alcohol purchase as show admittance.
