Attention Halloween Costume enthusiasts! We've got a contest just for you. Lights All Night will be setting up photo booths at Something Wicked in Houston (Oct. 27), Ghostland Observatory at Palladium Ballroom in Dallas (Oct. 27), and Justice at Palladium Ballroom in Dallas (Oct. 31). Stop by, show off your costume and get your picture taken! We will upload all the photos to our celebratory Facebook photo album where you can have your friends 'like' your photo to vote you for their favorite costume! The photo with the most likes gets the grand prize- A pair of 3-day passes to Lights All Night this December 29th - 31st
Everyone already knows Lights all Night will be one of the largest New Year's Eve parties in the country-so it makes sense that we want to promote it in a big, big way! This contest is a fun way to show off your creativity for a chance to win an awesome prize, all while seeing some of your favorite artists.
The initial, photo-taking phase of this contest begins on Saturday, October 27th when the doors open at Something Wicked at the Sam Houston Racepark in Houston and the Ghostland Observatory concert at Palladium Ballroom in Dallas, and ends when the doors close at the Justice concert at Palladium Ballroom in Dallas on October 31st. In each venue there will be a Lights all Night photo opportunity set-up-just find it and have your picture taken and wait for it to be uploaded and tag yourself!
The second, voting phase of the contest beings Friday, November 2nd when all the Halloween costume photos have been uploaded to the Lights all Night Facebook fan page. Share your photo any way you can think of to get the most people to like it by Friday, November 9th, 2012 at 3PM CST. The winner will be picked solely on the number of likes on their picture.

All prize winners will be chosen at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes time period based on the subjective creative evaluation of the Sponsor. Sponsor may use discretion to disqualify and/or remove participants if it is believed the participants acting fraudulently. The sweepstakes rules are as follows:
SWEEPSTAKE DATES: This contest beings on Saturday, October 27th and ends Friday, November 9th at 3PM CST.
GRAND PRIZE: One winner will receive 2 (TWO) General Admission 3-Day Passes to Lights all Night Music Festival. Not redeemable for cash. No cash option of prizes is available. No expenses incurred directly by the winner will be reimbursed by Sponsor. WINNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING ANY AND ALL INCOME, SALES OR EXCISE TAXES THAT MAY APPLY TO ACCEPTING PRIZES; SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL NOT PAY ANY SUCH TAXES.
ELIGIBILITY: To enter, the contestant must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident alien of the United States. Questions about eligibility will be determined by documentary evidence (either a valid driver's license, state i.d. card, or U.S. passport). No more than one entry per household will be eligible. No employee or immediate family member of Sponsor is eligible to enter the contest.
HOW TO ENTER: Step 1) Visit http://lightsallnight.com/ for official rules and guidelines. 2) Attend either Ghostland at Palladium Ballroom (Oct. 27), Something Wicked at Sam Houston Racepark (Oct. 27), or Justice at Palladium Ballroom (Oct. 31) in costume and have your picture taken at the official Lights all Night photo opportunity. 3) Once your photo has been uploaded to the Lights all Night Facebook fanpage on November 2nd tag yourself and promote your photos to gain the most likes by November 9th, 2012. 4) Watch for the winner to be posted on our Facebook page.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of being selected as a prize winner depend on the total number of entries received. All prizes will be chosen at the conclusion of the sweepstakes period by random selection from Festival Staff. The prizes will be awarded, regardless of the number of entries received.
NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified no later than Monday, November 12, 2012 at 11:59 CST via e-mail or direct message via Facebook or Twitter.
LIABILITY; WAIVER: Contestant acknowledges that Sponsor is not liable for any entries that are either misdirected or incomplete, is not liable for any losses due to electronic or computer malfunction, and is not responsible for any injuries or losses (1) occurring during or caused by participation in the sweepstakes, or (2) caused by any prize awarded. Participation in the sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, creative word, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Prize winner will be responsible for any taxes assessed on their winnings by any governmental agency, state, local or federal. Sponsor will notify the Internal Revenue Service of all winnings to the extent required by law.
